Best Fried Chicken Restaurant in Xenia

This little local grocery store is a hidden gem. It was one of the cleanest stores I've been in, and the food selections were surprisingly varied for a smaller place. I had avocado bread from the bakery -- I didn't even know that existed! It was fantastic! But the real treasure is their selection of cakes & pies. Woohoo! I *cannot* stress how affordable they are. I'm from northern Ohio -- nobody offers cakes/pies of that calibre for those prices up here. Wish I could've brought several home! But I did have the peanut butter pie, which was extremely tasty (I wanted to try many others!). I highly recommend stopping in Grocerylan for a meal (or a visit to take things with you!) if you're travelling through Xenia as an alternative to a big box store or fast food place. Or if you live in Xenia and haven't gone!

I stop in here about every other week you cannot beat there their 699 steak specials. A buddy also clued me into their markdown meet. Great experience there. A couple of caveats you have to marinate the beef and make sure you cook it the same day. Otherwise you're just wasting your money. Throw it away because it is literally right there at expiration. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It's clearly a family-owned business. Great people. Pricing on their Della Adams is a little high but seriously I just go there further me specials. Oh and I don't know who their suppliers are but I did find a micro Brewer a Ohio one that I've never heard of before. And I also found A1 steakhouse marinade which all the other stores in the area in Dayton Meijer Kruger. They've all pulled that but grocerylan has it. So I was very happy about that.
